That may have been true had you got in before prices skyrocketed, now, however, one has to wonder if we aren't looking at some speculative bubble. Proponents may cite a number of reasons for the run ups, but nothing completely explains the current high prices (not even the anemic dollar). Remember, all bubbles have one thing in common.
