If you are having trouble logging in, here are some tips:

1. The login is cAsE sEnSiTiVe (case sensitive). Please make
sure your Capslock is off and you pay attention to UPPER and
lower case characters.

2. Sometimes a "zero" and the letter "o" are confused. If you
have either of those in your username or password, please
check to make sure you are entering the correct character.
Also, sometimes confused characters are capital "I" (capital
i) and "l" (lower case L) and the number 1 (one).

3. If copying and pasting your log in details, make sure that
there are no spaces included before or after the text you've
highlighted. An extra space will be registered by the system
as an another "character" and therefore generate a login
error.
