Ten fifteen: that's the final deadline to file your 2007 tax return. It's also the last day to file a return and ensure that you receive the economic stimulus rebate this year.

October 15th is also the last day to file a tax return for 2007 without penalties. And it's the last day to electronically-file your return. Taxpayers affected by Hurricanes Ike and Gustav have until January 5, 2009, to file their returns.
