	from Darrell Zahorsky Despite the economic slow down, women-owned businesses provide employment for 13 million people, generating $1.9 trillion in revenue and represent 40% of all businesses, according to recent data from the Center for Women's Research. The economic power of women entrepreneurs is undeniable. Women entrepreneurs are more celebrated in media and awards including this year's Stevie Awards. This year, I have the honor again to be on the Board of Distinguished Judges. September 30th is the entry deadline.
