Time for a fast...

How are you doing? Between the election madness and the economic chaos I'm about to go nutters.

I think I might need to do a media-fast and cut out all consumption of mass media for a few days. Even better, Ron is going to the Philippines with his mom for a couple weeks so I'll have some time alone. And that's when I'm going to jump into Rob Schultz's new course:
