Today the Federal Reserve is voting on a series of credit card reforms that could completely change the credit card business. For one, credit card issuers couldn't change the interest rate on pre-existing balances.

Consumers left more than 31,000 comments on the Credit Cardholder's Bill of Rights to help the Federal Reserve made their decision.
